The class is taught in English.
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS.works gives an overview. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) course is an in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework and rules, and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and improving LeSS to your product development group. The course contains an overview of LeSS, stories on LeSS adoptions, exercises and extensive LeSS Q&A to ensure we discuss the topics most of interest to the participants.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner course is for anyone who is involved in a LeSS effort. Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending a Certified ScrumMaster or a Professional ScrumMaster course, or thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer and practicing Scrum.

This in-depth, interactive course weaves the use of Innovation Games™ into the practices of LeSS to improve customer collaboration, multi-stakeholder alignment, better team collaboration, large scale retrospectives and a compelling way to facilitate product roadmap co-creation.
The course is taught by a Certified LeSS Trainer - Greg Hutchings, founder of Amelior Services. Greg is an expert in scaling Lean and Agile using LeSS; he is the first certified trainer after the creators of LeSS, Craig Larman and Bas Vodde. He is also a certified collaboration instructor for Conteneo and an expert in Innovation Games™, and a CSM, CSPO and CSP with the Scrum Alliance. Greg has 12 years of experience teaching and coaching large scale agile at many innovative products and services companies around the world.
Greg began the teaching and coaching phase of his career after many years of leading the development of successful software products in Northern California in small and large teams, having adopted early agile and innovative product management methods since the early 90's.
In his training, he shares this experience and centers the course on the context and questions of the students who participate actively. You can read more about Greg at LeSS trainer's profile, his company website, and on LinkedIn.
All participants will be a Certified LeSS Practitioner and will get an account on less.works. Here they can find additional information about LeSS, share course information and stay in contact with the other course participants.
Additionally all participants will be able to receive Innovation Games Certification credits and access to its online platform.
Additionally to Greg - the main trainer, Alexey Krivitsky - an organizer of this class and an agile activist - will be co-training during these wonderful three days.
Alexey is a big proponent of system thinking and organizational descaling achieved with LeSS.
